Building Financial Clarity Since 2018
We started Logiconiqs because we saw too many businesses struggling with surplus funds that weren't working as hard as they could. Seven years later, we're still here asking the same question: what could your money do if it had better direction?
How We Got Here
The Problem We Noticed
Back in 2018, I kept meeting business owners who had done well for themselves but felt stuck. They had cash sitting around, earning minimal returns, while they worried about economic uncertainty. Traditional investment advice felt too generic, and financial planners often pushed products rather than understanding their specific situations.
There was clearly a gap between having surplus funds and knowing what to do with them in a way that matched each business's unique circumstances and risk tolerance.
Finding Our Approach
We started small, working with local businesses in Jeonju. Instead of offering cookie-cutter solutions, we spent time understanding each client's business cycles, cash flow patterns, and long-term goals. We developed a methodology that treats surplus management as part of overall business strategy, not just an investment decision.
What surprised us was how much difference this personalized approach made. Clients weren't just seeing better returns – they felt more confident about their financial decisions and had clearer pictures of their business futures.
Growing with Purpose
Word spread, and by 2022, we were working with businesses across South Korea. We've maintained our core philosophy: every surplus management strategy should fit the specific business like a tailored suit. No two businesses are identical, so no two financial strategies should be either.
We've refined our processes, built better tools, and expanded our expertise, but we've kept the same fundamental approach that worked from day one – understand first, recommend second.
What Drives Our Work
These aren't just words on a wall. They're the principles that guide every conversation, every recommendation, and every decision we make with client funds.
Clarity Over Complexity
Financial strategies should make sense to the people who implement them. We explain everything in plain language and ensure you understand not just what we're recommending, but why it makes sense for your specific situation.
Transparency in Everything
You'll always know how we're compensated, what fees you're paying, and exactly where your money is going. No hidden costs, no surprise charges, no vague explanations about "market conditions."
Long-term Relationships
We're not interested in quick wins or short-term gains that might hurt you later. Our success is measured by the ongoing financial health of the businesses we work with, not by transactions completed.
Meet Our Team
We're a small group of financial professionals who believe that good surplus management comes from understanding businesses deeply rather than applying generic formulas.
Ji-Hye Kang
Ji-Hye joined us in 2020 after working at two major Korean banks where she grew frustrated with one-size-fits-all approaches to business banking. She specializes in cash flow analysis and has developed much of our methodology for matching surplus strategies to business cycles.
What sets Ji-Hye apart is her ability to spot patterns in financial data that others miss. She's the team member who often identifies opportunities or risks that weren't obvious at first glance. Clients particularly appreciate her straightforward communication style – she explains complex financial concepts in ways that make immediate sense.
Our Method
Business-First Analysis
We start by understanding your business model, cash flow patterns, and growth plans. Financial strategy should support business strategy, not exist in isolation from it.
Risk Assessment That Makes Sense
Rather than using generic risk profiles, we assess how different economic scenarios would affect your specific business and build strategies that account for your actual risk tolerance and capacity.
Regular Review and Adjustment
Business conditions change, and financial strategies should adapt accordingly. We schedule regular check-ins to ensure your surplus management continues to align with your evolving business needs.
Education and Empowerment
We believe clients make better decisions when they understand their options. Part of our service involves helping you develop the knowledge to evaluate financial decisions independently.
